Located next to the Lagoon Cinemas at 1300 Lagoon in Uptown, Bar Abilene features a full dinner & hors d’oeuvres menu as well as more than 25 freshly-made margaritas, 100-plus tequilas and guacamole made table side–all on our regular menu, plus a fantastic brunch with an omelet bar on Sundays from 10am-2pm. We are also very community oriented and love helping charitable groups raise money through our fundraising program.
Bar Abilene offers a modern, Western feel that is both warm and exciting. The “Cowboy Fusion” cuisine being presented by Chef Drew Wilson , is a natural extension of Southwestern Cuisine.
